The company started with the assembly of high quality DSP and AD/DA-Converter modules for embedded systems. Over the years the company set oneself up to a services enterprice in the field of electronic development and manufacturing. Capacities were goal directed extended. A milestone within the expansion was the move to the current headquaters in the year 2002. 

The company employes some engineers for hardware and software development. There are modern CAD working places for circuit design, layout and mechanical construction. Software development are made by up to date compiler and CASE tools. 

In times with high working througth put SEMATEC can fall back on freelancer. 

For research and development the company work together with the University of Rostock. 

In 1998 we established our quality management system. This system helps us to guaratee a constant high quality during development and production.
